Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (HMPE) rope is high strength, light weight and low elongation fiber rope.

Under the same diameter, it's strength is the same as wire rope, and the breaking elongation is close to wire rope.

Under the same strength, the weight(g/m) is only 1/8 of wire rope, 1/4 -1/5 of the Nylon rope or polyester rope, 18%-20% of the polypropylene rope.

Under the same strength, it's diameter is 55%-60% of the nylon rope or polyester rope, 45% of polypropylene rope.

It is widely used in offshore mooring system.

    DESCRIPTION:

    High Strength: HMPE fibers have incredibly high tensile strength, making the rope suitable for demanding applications that require a strong and durable rope. 
    Low Stretch: HMPE ropes have low elongation under load, providing excellent stability and control during operation. 
    Light Weight: HMPE fibers are lightweight, making the rope easy to handle and transport. 
    Wear Resistance: HMPE ropes have good wear resistance, ensuring service life and reliability in harsh environments. 
    UV Resistance: HMPE rope has good resistance to UV radiation, allowing it to withstand prolonged exposure in outdoor applications. 
    Applications: Port towing, offshore mooring system, deep-sea aquaculture mooring system.
