Mooring System Central Joining Anchor Chain Fittings Marine Mooring Rings

Mooring rings are commonly used in a marine mooring system, which can be used as a central joining point for the the multi mooring legs, like 2-3 ground mooring chains and one riser chains, connected by shackles. It is widely seen in the buoy single point mooring system, cyclone mooring and aquaculture mooring systems.

Our factory has more than 30 years of experience in forging production, specializing in the production of anchor chain accessories for anchor chain factory, like kenter shackle, anchor joining shackle, joining shackle, swivel, mooring ring, triangle plate and multi-eyes connection plate. The forging process produces rings that are extremely strong and durable, able to withstand high loads and resist wear in harsh marine environments.

To meet different load request in the project, we produce as different steel material, like marine U2 grade, U3 grade, R3 grade , R4 grade, 42CRMO. The regular standard size is 1.6d x 8d and 2d x 9.5d, but it can be customized per your project connection requirement.
